Frequently asked questions
Yes. Profile, feed, messaging and notifications are free for every verified doctor, and stay available even if a paid plan expires.
Each plan includes a number of finalized prescriptions per day (Bangladesh time). Each finalized prescription above that number is charged at the overage rate. Drafts never count.
New bookings for that day are closed once the plan's daily appointment limit is reached. The limit resets the next day.
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades follow the billing policy shown before you confirm. Issued invoices never change.
